Advanced Motor Control Pump Controller

Main Features:

· Total configurable to suit your application.

· Stock Water Output can be configured.

· Configurable for any VSD and Soft Starter, although some features may be limited.

· Software Backup and upgrades can be performed on site via Micro SD Card

· GSM Remote monitoring and control is optional.

· Three dual rate PID’s giving rapid control when its needed.

· Monitor and Control both Flow and Pressure.

· Variable Speed Drive controlled via Controller - Suitable for all Drives!

(*Extra drive monitoring features using serial coms are included for Danfoss and Emotron Drives).

· Well Depth Monitoring reduces maximum drawdown and provide low water Alarm.

 

How does it work?

All the control (Flow, Pressure, Stop, Start, Sleep etc) is done at the controller either via Serial Coms to the Drive or simply via and analog 4-20mA signal to the drive.

What Control Voltage is required?

24 Volts DC, which is also for Pressure and Depth Transducers.

Can I modify the software to suit other our needs?

Yes the software code and technical support is freely available to the technically minded.

However if you give us the right information regarding your application no software changes will be required.

There are standard selectable configurations supplied with the controller. i.e.

Configuration 1

· Run, Reset, Hi Pressure, Low Pressure, Low Flow, Low Water, External Trip and Over Temp Switch Inputs
