Bezpečnost především

Frekvenční měniče Altivar jsou – mimo řady světových certifikací (UL, GHOST, C-Tick, NOM atd.) – certifikovány pro provoz v Evropské unii (CE) a pro řízení motorů v prostředí s nebezpečím výbuchu. V České republice navíc získaly certifikát na seizmickou odolnost pro provoz v jaderných elektrárnách. Všechny měniče Altivar mají vestavěn odrušovací filtr pro průmyslové prostředí. Jsou vybaveny i certifikovanými Bezpečnostními vstupy a efektivně tak dosahují požadované bezpečnosti zdvihacích strojů. Plně vyhovují požadavkům platných norem ČSN EN ISO 12100 a ČSN ISO 13849-1/2008 resp. ČSN EN 62061.

Funkční vyspělost

Řada funkcí je vestavěna přímo ve frekvenčním měniči Altivar. Jejich využitím lze zvýšit bezpečnost – např. propracovaná brzdná logika pohonu, bezpečné nouzové zastavení nebo detekce prokluzu. Další funkce – nejčastěji zákaznické rampy, rozdělení zatížení a multiparametrování – se starají o prodloužení životnosti mechanických částí jeřábu. V neposlední řadě jsou k dispozici funkce sloužící ke zvýšení produktivity práce – typicky funkce vysokorychlostního zdvihu, která podle zatížení umožní bezpečné zrychlení zdvihu vysoko nad nominální hodnoty.

Uživatelsky vstřícné frekvenční měniče

Přes vysoký počet funkcí a parametrů je nastavení pohonu s frekvenčním měničem Altivar rychlé a bezpečné. S využitím makrokonfigurací a za pomoci grafického displeje s českou lokalizací dohlíží na bezpečnost konfigurace samotný měnič. Například pro nastavení pohonu zdvihu tak stačí v menu „Základní nastavení“ zvolit makrokonfiguraci „ZDVIH“, zadat data motoru ze štítku a provést autotuning. Měnič si sám spolehlivě nastaví potřebné parametry v brzdové logice, přiřadí výstup pro ovládání brzdy a upraví další související parametry pro zajištění bezpečného provozu. Znalý uživatel si samozřejmě může všechny parametry dále optimalizovat.

Energeticky úsporné pohony

Frekvenční měniče Altivar umožňují propojení stejnosměrných sběrnic a vzájemné využití energie vrácené v generátorickém režimu pohonů. Pokud se to ukáže ekonomicky výhodné, lze frekvenční měniče doplnit rekuperační jednotkou, vracející energii zpět do napájecí sítě. Ekonomiku provozu je schopna přehledně zaznamenat vložená ATV-IMC karta (viz níže) s aplikačním funkčním blokem diagnostiky. Pro výkony pohonů nad 90 kW lze použít frekvenční měniče v sestavě s tzv. Aktive Front End (AFE) jednotkou. Jednotka AFE vrací – s vysokou účinností – elektrickými pohony generovanou energii zpět do sítě. Pohony s AFE jednotkou zajistí velmi malé (nepřesahující 4 %) zkreslení odebíraného proudu ze sítě v motorickém i generátorickém režimu.

Pro pohony jeřábů jsou určeny níže uvedené řady frekvenčních měničů Altivar.

Altivar 312: výkonový rozsah 0,18–15 kW
Altivar 312 je určen především pro pohon pojezdů mostů a koček. Vyniká svou kompaktností (zejména do výkonu 2,2 kW) a bezkonkurenčně úspornou zástavbou, která umožňuje i vestavbu ke kladkostrojům malých nosností.
Již v základu je měnič vybaven komunikacemi CANopen a Modbus. Nastavení „312“ lze provést grafickým displejem s českou lokalizací nebo z PC softwarem SoMove Lite.

Altivar 32: výkonový rozsah 0,18–15 kW
Altivar 32 je vhodný zejména pro horizontální pohony a pro pohony zdvihů s motory bez zpětné vazby. Také v tomto případě totiž propracované vektorové řízení zajistí maximálního bezpečnost aplikace. Unikátní formát knihy book) předznamenává velmi malý půdorys. Umožňuje montovat „32“ bez mezer, s pomocí adaptéru pak i naplocho.

Přes montáž „tělo na tělo“ zvládá tento měnič bezkonkurenční rozsah provozních teplot -10 až +60 °C. Díky snadnému propojení stejnosměrné sběrnice dokáže Altivar 32 efektivně využívat rekuperovanou energii. Za zmínku stojí také možnost nakonfigurovat u „32“ bezpečnostní certifikované vstupy pro nouzové zastavení až na úroveň vlastností PLe, resp. SIL 3. Frekvenční měnič Altivar 32 lze nastavovat z PC pomocí software SoMove Lite, resp. z mobilního telefonu softwarem SoMove Mobile. Díky svému vestavěnému rozhraní Bluetooth se přitom již obejdeme bez propojovacího kabelu.

Altivar 71: výkonový rozsah 0,37 kW–2,4 MW
Altivar 71 představuje nejvybavenější řadu frekvenčních měničů jak z hlediska rozsahu výkonu, tak z pohledu dostupných funkcí a možné další rozšiřitelnosti o karty vstupů a výstupů, komunikační karty nebo karty pro připojení nejrůznějších zpětnovazebních snímačů na motoru pro plné vektorové řízení. Samostatnou kapitolou je rozšíření frekvenčního měniče Altivar 71 tzv. ATV-IMC kartou. ATV-IMC je výkonný řídicí systém, ve kterém lze naprogramovat prakticky libovolné další funkce pohonů jeřábu.

Širokou řadu aplikací – tzv. AFB (aplikačních funkčních bloků) – již společnost Schneider Electric zpracovala a ověřila v provozu. Díky tomu může uživatel získat efektivní a cenově velmi úsporné řešení celé řady jeřábových úloh. Například frekvenční měnič Altivar 71 (typicky zdvih) se osadí ATV-IMC kartou. S dalšími měniči komunikuje po sběrnici CANopen (rozhraní RS485). Již tato velmi jednoduchá struktura umožní nasazení AFB dle požadavků konkrétního zákazníka. Jednat se přitom může jak o komplexní diagnostiku jeřábů – známou černou skříňku, tak o okamžité či pozdější doplnění dalších funkčních bloků, například zamezení kývání břemene, omezení příčení mostu jeřábu, polohová synchronizace dvou a více zdvihů.

Na přání uživatele lze samozřejmě naprogramovat funkční bloky zcela nové. Řídicí karta ATV-IMC dále obsahuje ethernetové rozhraní pro komunikaci s nadřazenými systémy. Airend
