VTdrive helps customers by offering competitive and technical equipment of the highest quality. In order to reduce the delivery time for electrical motors and frequency converters, VTdrive maintains a stock of asynchronous motors and frequency converters.

For fixed or variable speed applications our offer covers all the elements that compose your electric drive system:

• DC and AC motors and servomotors
• Frequency inverters, rectifiers or softstarters
• Network and motor filters, coils and special cables.

As a suitable support in the configuration of variable speed drive applications, we provide the most innovative and efficient electrical solution assisted by “Sizer” for Variable Speed Drivers and Motors and “DT Configurator” for Standard Motors, tools from Siemens. And “Drive Size” tool from ABB.

Furthermore, we can supply normal and EX environment with low or medium voltage electrical motors, with the support of renowned producers like SIEMENS, ABB.

We provide equipment for both our standard applications (such as pumps and fans) and for applications with high requirements for speed precision and torque control

Low-voltage electrical motors

• Squirrel cage motors DOR type, with powers between 0.18 and 450 kW and speeds range between 750 and 3000 rpm. Immediate delivery from stock Germany (approximately 50,000 motors);
• Slipring motor DSOR type, with powers between 2.2 and 1400 kW and speeds range between 500 and 1500 rpm;
• DC power electric motors type GVM and GVM1. Delivery from stock (Germany) or on demand.

Medium voltage electrical motors

• Squirrel cage motors type DOR and DKK, with powers between 200 and 9.000 kW;
• Slipring motor DSVK type, with powers between 500 and 12.000 kW.

Electrical drives and frequency converters

SIEMENS

• Standard frequency converters from the MICROMASTER family (420, 430, 440)  and Sinamics G family (GilD, G120, G130);
• Frequency converters for complex industrial applications from the SINAMICS family (SilO, S120, S150);
• DC power chassis converters from the SIMOREG and SINAMCS DCM family.

ABB

• ACS 55, ACS 150, ACS 310, ACS 320, ACS 355, ACS 550, ACH 550, ACS 800, ACS 850, ACS 880 frequency converters;
• DC power chassis converters from the DCS 550, DCS 800 family.

Other types of electrical frequency converters - products of established brands: SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, LENZE, MOELLER and OMRON.

For HELMKE equipments we are able to offer the possibility of testing in the laboratory. The faciIity is based in Pulversheim, France and it’s equipped accordingly to the most ridgid European and American standards.

Tests that can be performed:

• for motors up to 1,5 MW load operation (AC power);
• for motors up to 3 MW in operation with partial load (AC power);
• for DC motors up to 1 MW.
